My husband and I have been dealing with the Gronski Lehman Insurance Agency for more years than I can remember! Their staff is friendly and very willing to go above and beyond what you would ever expect to keep their customers informed and happy. One thing they do which is outstanding is letting their customers know if there is something they could change that would save them money on their policies. The average customer doesn’t keep up on all the latest perks on insurance and my husband and I depend on our Insurance Agency to help us with that we are very satisfied with this office. I have dealt with Gronski Lehman off and on for at least a decade, I think. Every time, they have been on point. Fast, friendly, and super efficient. I just added a second car on, it took me less than five minutes. The initial process of getting my first car insured was also painless. A few minutes on the phone, a few emails did. If only everything in life was this convenient!

They have always been helpful to answer all my questions or needs. And they get back to you very quickly. I had a home issue and the person that needed to check out the damage he was there the next day. Great service!

Started with Gronski Lehman Insurance when it was just Larry Lehman in a small office by the cemetery and after the move and merger, I’ve always been pleased. Whether it’s vehicles or real estate Erie, The Gronski Family, and even the professional office personnel have you fully covered. Recently water line coverage has become an issue living in the city and after reading in the ErieSense Magazine that it can now be added to an Erie policy my interest was sparked and I stopped in for details. Now while what I was paying HomeServe for just waterline and gasline coverage is a little cheaper… the coverage from Erie is FAR superior and allowed us to add backup coverage as well for the same price. Yes at times the office has a rushed feeling but remember that it’s a busy place and everyone wants things done today. Be kind.
